I was wondering if there was a certain postion that you have to take to
pray,like a Christian would fold their hands and bow their heads.

Dear Brittany,
For simple prayer, no position is required. Although, when group prayers are led, participants may hold hands or stand with feet apart and arms out with palms up, or cross their arms over their chest depending on tradition. In ritual, there are many movements that could be used and careful attention is paid to which direction one is facing.
