Dear Delriece...
First off *Pray*. This is a christian concept, not a pagan one.
Pagans do not Pray to their Gods/Goddesses, they consort with there elders,
ask for favors, and give nature the energy to live longer. Call upon
the elements to help them, BUT THEY DO NOT PRAY! This is nice of you to
want to answer questions of other pagan's but to my knowledge a first
degree, is suppose to be still learning. Not till you have reached your
third degree are you aloud to answer questions that might influence a
persons desitions, on their way of life.
Second- lets see how much you think you know.
For instance who am I?
What is my purpose in this realm?
Who was I before I crossed over to this Realm?
How long have I been doing what I do? And seeing that you think you
know how to answer questions, about Pagans.
Lets ask the Biggy, How many years did it take you to get to the
first degree, or was it self given.
Remember when you are in the light look for the dark, and when you are
in the dark look for the light . Becuase one can not excist without the
other.

You didn't tell me what tradition you follow so I cannot make assumptions, but I can assure you that I am a Pagan and that I do pray. True enough, I am still learning as a first degree, but it is also true that I do answer questions as a Pagan, as a First Degree and as a fellow human being. The Correllian tradition of Wicca encourages its members to reach out to the community. Being a Wiccan is NOT like being a member of a country club! I feel free to help my fellows in any way I can.
I'm not sure whether you actually want me to answer these questions or if they are a display of hostility. But I do know that I am a learning person and a Pagan. I strive to become a teacher and friend to those around me if they will let me. My purpose in this realm is to find my purpose. Currently I am working on helping others and doing small things to make another person smile. Before I crossed into this realm I was many things that I have conquered. I was irresponsible, I was closed-minded, I was many things that I hope to have left behind.
It took me a year and a day to reach my First Degree. I am the initiate of my Third Degree sponsor, Rev. Donald Lewis High-Correll, who is the initiate of Mable High-Correll, who is the initiate of Orpheis Caroline High-Correll who is the founder of the Correllian tradition.
